Ganggachon specializes in minmul maeuntang (spicy freshwater fish stew), a dish that highlights the local flavors of the Hongcheongang River. Utilizing freshwater fish and free-range native chickens, the restaurant serves a richly flavored and nutritious meal. The minmul maeuntang is packed with a variety of vegetables, offering a balanced sweetness that makes it both delicious and easy to enjoy. Another popular item on their menu is the sanchae bibimbap (wild vegetable bibimbap), featuring various namuls (salad) mixed with gochujang (red chili paste). Additionally, the option to dine at outdoor tables allows guests to enjoy their meal while taking in the scenic view of the Hongcheongang River.
