So Seol Won Cafe is a two-story café located in Mansu-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon. Designed to evoke the quiet charm of a small town atmosphere in the heart of the city, it offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat. On the first floor, guests will find an outdoor pond with live koi, a terrace, and a snow-covered mountain feature. The second floor offers a variety of spaces, including private heated-floor rooms for restful breaks and a rooftop area. Signature menu items include injeolmi (soybean powder rice cake) Einspänner, hotteok toast, and shrimp mushroom open sandwiches — dessert-style dishes that can also serve as light meals. Popular drinks such as chestnut cream latte and black sesame Einspänner are especially well loved.
