Overview
Bakjido Island and Banwoldo Island are islands within an island, linked by a wooden bridge. The 1,500-meter-long “Purple Bridge,” which connects the two islands, offers a unique experience of walking above the sea from one island to the other. It provides a getaway to three islands, Anjwado Island, Bakjido Island, and Banwoldo Island, allowing visitors to explore all three in a single trip. The walking trail around the islands offers sweeping views of the sea, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a bike ride. Although there is no sandy beach, the tidal flats during low tides create a dynamic and picturesque scenery.<br>
