Overview
The Myong Ryang Air Voyager, the first attraction of its kind in Korea, glides over the waters of Uldolmok Strait, the historic site where Admiral Yi Sun-shin defeated the Japanese navy in the Battle of Myeongnyang. Spanning approximately one kilometer between Haenam and Jindo, it offers visitors a breathtaking view of Uldolmok’s powerful whirlpools from above, along with a moving glimpse into the history of that momentous battle. Guests can also take in the stunning panorama of the Dadohae archipelago at sunset and the graceful silhouette of Jindodaegyo Bridge, making for a truly memorable and restorative experience.
